Masterclass Series | Katelyn Allegra

Join food stylist, recipe developer and founder of (voted SA’s Best Food Blog for three consecutive years) Katelyn Allegra, for a chocolate workshop at the Chef’s Studio.

Katelyn will teach you how to make decadent Chocolate Marshmallow Log Eclairs and Macadamia Nut Honeycomb from her cookbook ‘Chocolate’, which you’ll be able to take home with you to enjoy with your family and friends (or not…we won’t tell!)

Katelyn will also demonstrate how to temper chocolate, as well as take guests through a chocolate tasting featuring Afrikoa chocolate, her husband’s own label and the first bean-to-bar company in South Africa to produce chocolate made from cocoa sourced directly from African farmers.

There will also be a competition for guests on the day with a prize hamper full of goodies, and copies of ‘Chocolate’ will also be on sale. Light snacks and a welcome drink are included.
