Seating only 16 guests, the Chef’s Table at The Chef’s Studio brings you a step closer to understanding the art and science of creating exquisite dishes, using only the freshest seasonal produce.
The Chef’s Table at The Chefs’ Studio is a hub of creativity where our most exciting dishes are developed, bringing the artistic finesse of the kitchen to the private table. It offers the opportunity to experience Matt's contemporary culinary cuisine in a unique and intimate setting, with dishes created and prepared especially for you.
Watch the action unfold in the heart of The Chef’s Studio kitchen, as Matt Manning creates a bespoke menu right in front of you. To top it off, you will get a hands-on experience as you learn how to prepare an element of your meal.
Corks will be popping care of Head Sommelier Kieze Mumba, as he perfectly pairs the dishes with wine from some of South Africa’s most respected producers to make for a truly epic dining experience.
The inaugural dinner on 4th June celebrates 10 years since UK-born Matt Manning first moved to Cape Town, after paying his dues in some of London's finest Michelin kitchens.

Cost: R1795 per person for a 7 course paired food and wine dinner including 2 courses of "hands on" cooking. Welcome canapes and bubbly on arrival.
