One Ingredient is Chef’s Matt Manning’s famous interactive dining experience which pays tribute to a unique ingredient every month; showcasing it across five courses all paired with wine.

Plot twist: you’ll be making two of the courses. But don’t worry; Chef Matt will be on hand to guide you every step of the way.

Less serious than a cooking lesson, but more interactive than a dinner, One Ingredient is for those who are as excited about what goes into creating a beautiful dish, as they are about eating it.

In September we celebrate our favourite tropical delight, the Coconut.

We're also thrilled to host the Cape Winemakers Guild as our wine partner.

The Guild is a collective of some of South Africa’s greatest winemakers. Membership of the Guild is by invitation only and is extended to winemakers who have been responsible for the production of outstanding wines for a minimum of five years and who show promise of not only consistently exceeding industry standards, but also promoting the values of the Guild. 

For September's One Ingredient, you'll have the opportunity to sample vintages exclusive to the upcoming Nedbank Cape Winemakers Guild Auction, from renowned producers such as De Trafford, Newton Johnson, and Ernie Els, among others.
