One Ingredient | Chocolate

One Ingredient is Chef’s Matt Manning’s famous interactive dining experience.

Less serious than a cooking lesson, but more interactive than a dinner, One Ingredient is for those who are as excited about what goes in to creating a beautiful dish, as they are about eating it.

One ‘hero’ ingredient, Chocolate, will be featured across five courses, each designed to showcase its versatility, with each course paired with wine from Lozarn Wines . After the canapés and amuse bouche are served to guests at the dining table, they are called on to participate. Matt gives a demonstration of the next two courses, which guests then re-create in teams of two of three, before sitting down to enjoy their masterpieces. Finally, guests can relax while dessert is served to them by Matt and his experienced team.

For this instalment of One Ingredient we are celebrating CHOCOLATE.Don’t panic if you don’t have a sweet tooth – we will also show you how this flavour can be incorporated into a number of delectable savoury dishes, before you enjoy the obligatory sweet ending.

We will be welcoming Afrikoa Chocolate along with Lozarn Wines for the evening, so be sure not to miss this!
