Join Richard Bosman – also known as SA’s Boss of Bacon and one of the founders of Bacon on Bree and Baconville – at the Chef’s Studio for a Masterclass in Charcuterie. 
Richard, who has been producing premium cured meats for over a decade, sources only the healthiest ethically-reared pork, delivering unmatched flavour and depth to his meats. 
Richard will show you how to break down a pig into the various charcuterie cuts, followed by a bacon-making demo. After the class, enjoy an antipasto dinner around the Chef’s Studio dining room table, featuring cured meats and Porchetta.
