One Ingredient is Chef’s Matt Manning’s famous interactive dining experience which pays tribute to a unique ingredient every month; showcasing it across five courses all paired with wine.

Plot twist: you’ll be making one or two of the courses. But don’t worry; Chef Matt will be on hand to guide you every step of the way.

Less serious than a cooking lesson, but more interactive than a dinner, One Ingredient is for those who are as excited about what goes into creating a beautiful dish, as they are about eating it.

In December we pay homage to Christmas, it may not be a single ingredient but we all know that distinct flavour profile we associate with Christmas Day. Chef Matt will be doing a refined, fresh take that will impress even the most dubious Christmas dinner guest.
