You’ll learn how to perfect the Italian classic, Tortellini, in our aptly titled ‘How to Cook’ series, hosted every month at the Chef’s Studio.
A contemporary take on a cooking class, each ‘How to Cook’ includes a comprehensive lesson & demo with Chef Matt Manning, and you’ll have ample opportunity to put your skills to the test at our state-of-the-art Siemens workstations.
Enjoy the dishes with your fellow students around our dining table, before leaving with some new recipe ideas to add to your repertoire.
