HOW TO COOK | GREEK ISLANDS
"You may not be able to jet off on a Greek getaway any time soon, but this May edition of our ‘How to Cook’ Wanderlust series is sure to make you feel like a Greek god in The Chef’s Studio; no airfare, passport or vaccine required!
This month my own wanderlust is for Crete. This incredible island was one of my earliest travel experiences and brings back so many happy memories of holidays with the family. It is also where I had my first ever beer! The menu has been inspired by my first taste of Greece - a irresistibly delicious slow cooked lamb kleftiko.
Somehow, once you have tasted Greece it becomes your very own unforgettable story."
- Chef Patron Matt Manning.
Join Matt at the Chef's Studio in May and learn how to cook Greek dishes such as Taramasalata, YellowTail Souvlaki with Confit Lemon & Roasted Lamb Neck that’ll transport you to The Aegean. The Chef Studio 'How to Cook' Wanderlust series is inspired by Matt's globetrotting foodie travels.
