Alex has crafted a delicious four course menu for you to enjoy but this is no ordinary masterclass. You'll also be getting your chef's apron on, the afternoon features an interactive component where you get to put your newfound skills to the test by preparing one of the courses. Don't worry, you aren't flying solo, you'll be cooking under the guidance of Alex. By the end of the afternoon you'll be full and you'll have mastered new fish dishes to have in your back pocket just in time for Summer entertaining!
